ADMISSION TO ST. MONICA SCHOOLS
St Monica primary and secondary strives to attract and train the brightest and the best. We conduct a year-round admissions process across all primary and secondary school levels. SECONDARY SCHOOL ADMISSION PROCESS
- To be eligible for admission into Year 7, candidates must turn 11 years by the year of admission.
- Admission forms are available all year round and can be requested from the school premises or through our Online link
- Admission form for St. Monica secondary school costs N5,000 (Five thousand naira only)
- Completed admission forms should be sublmitted to the business office not later than two weeks from the date of purchase, along with 2 recent passport photographs and a copy of the candidate’s passport data page
- Once submitted, a written test will be administered
- Where successful, a provisional Letter of Admission is issued to the candidate within one week from the interview
- Acceptance of admission must be communicated through payment of fees to designated banks and tellers submitted to the business office within two weeks
- Parents receive a welcome pack which provides them with next steps ahead of resumption
- Tours of the school premises are conducted on designated Open Days.
PRIMARY SCHOOL ADMISSION PROCESS
- To be eligible for admission into Nursery One, candidates must turn three years by the year of admission. Age eligibility for Primary One is five years
- Children over five years of age are considered eligible for admission into higher levels of primary school education
- Admission forms are available all year round and can be requested from the school premises or through our Online link
- Admission form for St Monica Primary school costs N5,000 (Five thousand naira only)
- Completed admission forms should be submitted to the business office not later than two weeks from the date of purchase; along with 2 passport photographs and a copy of the candidate’s passport data page
- Once submitted, a written test will be administered, followed by an oral interview
- Where successful, a provisional Letter of Admission, Parents’ Undertaking and Illness Idemnity forms are issued to successful candidates within one week from the interview
- Acceptance of admission must be communicated through payment of fees to designated banks and tellers submitted to the business office within two weeks
- Parents receive a welcome pack which provides them with information on what is required to prepare the child for resumption
- Tours of the school premises are conducted on designated Open
