ST. MONICA SCHOOLS

Clubs and Societies

Quality and effective education takes place beyond the confines of the classroom. Clubs and societies enable children to develop invaluable non-cognitive skills at an early age through unhibited peer group interaction, while being observed by experienced educators.

At St. Monica, our puplls benefit from extensive social and cultural exposures at an early age. We have developed a broad range of clubs and societies and encourage our pupils to develop their social and cultural skills through membership of at least one club. Our clubs and societies are divided into primary and secondary units as follows:

Primary Units

– JETs: Junior Engineers, Technicians and Scientists Club
– Current affairs Society
– Drama Club
– Music Club
– Language (French, Ibo, Hausa and Yoruba) Society
– Arts Club
– ICT: Information Communications Technology Club
– Ballet Club
– Debate Society
